Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily activities for global creative campaign projects related to motorsport, ensuring project timelines are maintained.
- Track critical milestones from the project's initiation through to its delivery in various markets.
- Maintain transparent communication regarding project progress, updates, and forthcoming actions to all relevant stakeholders.
- Encourage collaboration among cross-functional teams while supporting the creative briefing procedures.
- Help prioritize projects and organize resources and deliverables under supervision.
- Support the creative evaluation and approval cycles involving both internal teams and external partners.
- Identify potential project risks and help adapt timelines or workflows accordingly.
- Compile project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates, to uphold transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess up to one year of experience or internships in project management, account management, marketing, communications, creative operations, or a closely related field; digital experience is an advantage.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline, or be a recent graduate with equivalent experience.
- Exhibit strong organizational abilities with a talent for juggling multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for providing clear updates to diverse stakeholders.
- Show enthusiasm for learning project management methodologies and contributing to the successful execution of various projects in tandem.
- Demonstrate familiarity with creative workflows, campaign delivery, and cross-functional team collaboration from education, internships, or entry-level roles.
- Experience with digital project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or other similar platforms is beneficial.
- Adopt a proactive, cooperative, detail-focused, and adaptable mindset, embracing positivity in their work approach.
