Job description
Overview
This temporary role involves joining a global events agency for a two-month project starting in September. The position centers on conceptual design, supporting the Creative Director by developing core creative ideas for live events. The ideal candidate is imaginative, passionate about storytelling, and enthusiastic about live experiential spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a busy creative team to generate ideas, concepts, and visual content for pitches and live projects.
- Develop core creative hooks, spatial layouts, and digital and physical moments that drive event design.
- Shape the narrative and clearly communicate creative concepts internally and externally during pitches.
- Focus on designing the attendee journey across multiple sensory platforms including 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and VR.
- Use AI as a creative tool to enhance ideas without replacing genuine inspiration and thought.
Candidate Profile
- Passionate about conceptual design in the context of live events with either early agency experience or midweight capability ready to take ownership.
- Strong storytelling skills combined with a solid imagination and the ability to think experientially about multi-sensory attendee journeys.
- Experience or eagerness to learn about human movement in physical spaces to craft unforgettable and shareable moments.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, though the primary focus is concept development rather than detailed graphic design.
Work Details
- Full-time engagement for two months starting September 1.
- Based in Central London for three days per week with flexibility for two days remote work.
- Day rate approximately £280-290, outside IR35 regulations.
Additional Information
