Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Design Specialist to enhance our brand presence and assist with marketing activities. This role focuses on marketing administration, coordination, and producing high-quality visual materials to ensure cohesive and professional communication, supporting our growth and expanding market visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, update, and maintain professional marketing materials such as sales brochures, technical datasheets, and product guides.
  • Create engaging visuals for social media platforms including graphics, images, and short animations tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Produce digital content for email marketing, website banners, blog headers, and online ads.
  • Maintain brand consistency by strictly following brand guidelines across all visual assets.
  • Reuse and adapt existing design templates while independently generating original design concepts for new campaigns and storytelling needs.
  • Manage sourcing, editing of images, and prepare print-ready design files.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for marketing functions, including content management, social media scheduling, and email campaign assistance.
  • Perform regular visual updates on the website using our content management system.
  • Support marketing events, webinars, trade exhibitions with organizational and logistical tasks.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers such as printers, photographers, and agencies as required.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams in the UK, DACH, and Benelux regions to ensure visuals and campaigns align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Manage multiple design and marketing projects from ideation through completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of two years in a graphic design capacity, ideally within marketing or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing effective marketing materials for digital and print.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva, Figma, or video editing tools is advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing fundamentals, digital marketing platforms (social media, email, web), and brand management.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring design accuracy, correct grammar, and strict brand guideline compliance.
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas, crafting compelling copy, and interacting effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A self-driven and proactive approach with minimal supervision, open to initiating new ideas.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving marketing strategies and design trends.

Desirable: A degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates showing an ambition to develop within the role and contribute greater value will be favored. Typically, two to four years of relevant professional experience is ideal.

Work Pattern & Benefits

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with hours set between 9am and 5pm.
  • Unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes.
