Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Food & Beverage (F&B) Trainer to join our team full-time. This role involves training, coaching, and supervising F&B staff to maintain high standards in our kitchens and bars across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead training and coaching initiatives for the F&B team.
- Ensure compliance with quality and HACCP standards in kitchen and bar areas.
- Occasionally fill in for kitchen or bar shifts as needed.
- Drive process improvements, develop and implement quality assurance measures.
- Participate actively in projects and accept auxiliary tasks when required.
Candidate Profile
- Passionate about F&B services with preference for experience in gastronomy or hospitality.
- Exemplify reliability, flexibility, and a strong focus on quality.
- Effective communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
- Highly committed with the capacity to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively, as the role covers all company locations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong German and English language skills; additional language skills are beneficial.
