About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Pool & Beach outlets, you play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy seamless, memorable dining experiences. This position involves overseeing daily banquet and event operations while embodying hospitality that brightens every guest's day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver positive, friendly interactions to delight guests and proactively enhance their experience.
- Organize, plan, and supervise various food and beverage events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
- Ensure impeccable event setup by coordinating the correct arrangement of linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware according to specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate and communicate event details and updates effectively with all relevant food and beverage teams.
- Oversee event breakdown to guarantee proper room reset and correct storage of equipment for future events.
- Manage the food and beverage team through scheduling, supervising, coaching, and recognizing team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards to ensure the wellbeing of guests and staff.
