Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects end-to-end, from initial planning through monitoring to successful delivery.
• Create clarity and structure by establishing transparent processes across all project phases, prioritize tasks, manage risks, and facilitate decision-making.
• Act proactively by anticipating challenges, deriving measures, and ensuring project success.
• Apply both traditional and agile project management methodologies suitably, including frameworks such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, and SAFe.
• Drive continuous improvements by challenging current procedures, spearheading optimization initiatives, and actively managing change.
• Maintain effective stakeholder management through internal and external communication, working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Candidate Requirements

• A completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, project management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Substantial experience managing technically complex projects, preferably within the energy or IT sectors.
• Proficiency in both classical and agile project management approaches (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe).
• Confident, persuasive communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking that guides your working style.
• Excellent German language skills and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undertake regular business travel within Germany, demonstrating flexibility to be onsite during weekdays as required.
