Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a passionate team to design tailored, sustainable healthcare solutions, covering areas such as strategic realignment, standardization, outpatient structure development, and support of innovative startups.
- Develop groundbreaking strategies and methodologies including economic feasibility analyses, business cases, and medical strategic concepts.
- Participate in coordinating and co-leading complex projects focusing on restructuring, optimization, financial rehabilitation, and medical strategy development.
- Design and facilitate interactive workshops to engage clients and teams effectively.
- Support interviews, presentations, and client meetings at the management level.
- Assist in preparing materials for acquisition meetings and presentations.
- Build and nurture long-term sustainable customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding content-related inquiries and project matters.
- Lead individual topics and initiatives to foster the company's growth and development.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree completed, ideally in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Initial experience in healthcare consultancy or hospital environment (e.g., controlling, corporate development, project management).
- Strong interest and affinity for healthcare subjects spanning clinical settings to medical technology.
- Advanced analytical skills, particularly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in both German and English at a professional negotiation level.
- Willingness to travel approximately two days per week within the DACH region.
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn continuously.
