Role overview
AUTO1 Group is hiring three Junior Business Analysts to join the Business Analytics function focused on retail and pricing. The role also includes a data science-oriented profile and is central to helping leadership make better decisions through reporting, analytics, and strategic concepts. The team works on elevating data use across the organization to influence key business outcomes.
AUTO1 Group is a major digital automotive platform in Europe, known for brands such as Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com.
What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership by combining technical ability, business understanding, and creative thinking to develop automated data solutions that surface strategic insights.
- Create reports and dashboards for product management and business stakeholders.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executives, and discuss product development trade-offs with engineering teams.
- Track and evaluate business performance for the product team.
- Support the retail sales pipeline by analyzing, modeling, and assessing performance across the company website and partner channels.
What the company is looking for
- Strong command of Excel and G Suite.
- Ability to script with SQL; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
- Clear written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas for stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Exposure to Data Build Tools is beneficial.
- Proven ability to deliver initiatives with measurable impact across multiple product areas and in collaboration with leadership and product teams.
- A practical, self-directed, and pragmatic working style.
