Role Overview

This position is centered on back-office document control and administrative verification work. The role supports order processing by reviewing customer-submitted documents, ensuring data accuracy, and helping maintain compliance with internal guidelines.

Key Duties

  • Review documents submitted by customers for each verified order.
  • Confirm that uploaded identity documents, driving licences, and proof of address meet the company’s approved-document standards.
  • Check that the documents match the corresponding order information.
  • If a document set does not meet the required criteria, complete a Gform so the French team can step in and contact the customer.
  • Use an internal web application to create administrative documents automatically from Google Sheets data.
  • Send French customers the relevant document templates by email so they can review them.
  • After additional training, assess several data points to help verify the administrative compliance of trade-ins.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in English; knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
  • Some prior exposure to back-office, data-entry, or quality-related work.
  • A professional, careful, and dependable approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Gmail and Google Sheets is beneficial.
  • A mindset that prioritizes accuracy and quality.

Working Conditions

The role is based at AUTO1 Albania’s headquarters in Tirana. The schedule totals 40 hours per week across shifts.
