Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling newsletters by interpreting briefs and independently implementing layouts and templates within our design system.
• Create eye-catching creatives for performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Display, adhering to specified formats and collaborating closely with the team.
• Maintain and adapt existing visual designs to ensure consistent application of our corporate identity.
• Participate actively in photo shootings to support creative content development.
• Contribute ideas in creative meetings and embrace continuous professional growth through each project.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to execute design tasks.

Qualifications

• Completed design studies, vocational training as a media designer, or equivalent practical experience.
• Initial experience in design through internships, student jobs, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—solid basic skills required, professional expertise not mandatory.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and detail orientation.
• Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability, even when handling multiple tasks.
• Curiosity, motivation, and desire to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written German communication skills.
