Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position located in the New York City Metropolitan Area entails collaborating with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, and design—to enhance and develop Level Ups’ family-centric technology. The role includes contributing to strategic planning, supporting the refinement of product features, collecting and analyzing feedback from users and stakeholders, and establishing processes aligned with the company's mission. Responsibilities also cover thorough documentation, proactive problem resolution, and ongoing learning to aid the platform's growth and evolution.
