Join AKG Australia as a Job Coach within Workforce Australia (WFA) based in Cairns, Queensland. This position focuses on understanding customers' abilities, emphasizing their strengths to provide personalized support and assist in securing employment that aligns with their skills. The role goes beyond job placement by maintaining ongoing support for both customers and their employers once employment is secured.

- Problem-solving skills with ability to handle objections
- Understanding of vulnerabilities associated with job searching and implications of unemployment

- Capability to obtain current Working with Children Check and Police Check
