About the Role
Join a globally recognized recruitment leader as a Recruitment Partner based in Cork, combining two days onsite weekly with one day at the company office. This role centers on building strong stakeholder relationships to fully grasp hiring needs, partnering tightly with the onsite recruitment team to streamline hiring, and developing commercial partnerships to expand recruitment capabilities. You will spearhead innovative talent acquisition strategies, collaborating with senior leadership across the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Experience thriving under pressure in rapid work settings.
- Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders, communicating effectively, and organizing tasks.
- Previous recruitment management experience, ideally from Managed Service Provider, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, agency, or direct client roles.
- Proven ability to expand recruitment needs and promote service utilization through business partnerships and curiosity.
- A proactive growth-oriented mindset.
- Skill in delivering market intelligence to increase hiring manager awareness and involvement.
- Competency in handling escalations, solving problems, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently daily.
