Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Job Coach / Application Coach (m/f/d) to support our training and coaching services. The role is available immediately and can be arranged either on a freelance honorarium basis or as a part-time position. The work is fully remote.
The focus of the role is to guide participants through career orientation, the creation of strong application documents, and preparation for job interviews. We are seeking a coach who works with empathy, structure, and a practical, hands-on approach.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions focused on applications, career planning, and professional orientation.
- Help participants improve their CVs, cover letters, and overall application strategy.
- Prepare participants for interviews and selection processes.
- Encourage motivation, self-confidence, and clearer career prospects.
- Maintain coaching records in line with AVGS/AZAV documentation requirements.
Profile and Qualifications
Candidates should have experience as a job coach, application coach, career consultant, or in employment placement. Knowledge of AVGS/AZAV processes is an advantage. A background in education, psychology, social pedagogy, or business is desirable.
We are looking for someone who communicates with empathy and respect, works in a structured and reliable manner, and can operate independently. Confidence using digital tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and email is also expected.
Working Style and Benefits
This position offers 100% remote work from home, flexible scheduling by agreement, and fair compensation on either a freelance honorarium or part-time basis. Administrative support from the back office is provided, and a long-term collaboration is possible. The work is meaningful and directly benefits the participants.
