Key Responsibilities
- Providing support and care to relatives in hospice settings
- Helping to organize mourning and remembrance ceremonies
- Managing daily tasks including shopping, errands, and light housekeeping
- Assisting nursing staff with smaller, yet important tasks
- Participating in internal training sessions and workshops
Required Qualifications
- Motivation and empathy to support individuals during sensitive phases of their lives
- Interest in social or nursing professions and willingness to gain practical exposure
- Reliability, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive approach with personal ideas
