Key Responsibilities

• Providing support and care to relatives in hospice settings
• Helping to organize mourning and remembrance ceremonies
• Managing daily tasks including shopping, errands, and light housekeeping
• Assisting nursing staff with smaller, yet important tasks
• Participating in internal training sessions and workshops

Required Qualifications

• Motivation and empathy to support individuals during sensitive phases of their lives
• Interest in social or nursing professions and willingness to gain practical exposure
• Reliability, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive approach with personal ideas
