Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Retail Sales Officers for roles at Ratnam Enterprise, Tanishq (locations at Ghod Dod Road & Adajan), Caratlane (Ghod Dod Road & Adajan), and Mia (Adajan), all situated in Surat, Gujarat. Candidates with graduate or undergraduate qualifications are welcome to apply.
Key Accountabilities
- Engage customers proactively to drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing detailed product insights.
- Identify customer needs by building rapport through genuine conversations and trustworthy recommendations.
- Successfully convert leads into sales while promoting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in managing inventory by maintaining back stock and organizing merchandise presentations on the sales floor.
- Perform comprehensive stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers who did not make a purchase to encourage future sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Compensation
