About the opportunity
Rosewood AMAALA is building an ultra-luxury retreat focused on well-being, sustainability, and exceptional guest experiences on the Red Sea coast in the AMAALA region of Saudi Arabia. The property is assembling its founding team and is inviting experienced hospitality professionals to take part in an exclusive recruitment open day in Jeddah.
This opening covers a range of positions across food and beverage, front services, wellness and spa, engineering, and culinary operations. The roles are suited to professionals who are passionate about luxury hospitality and want to help shape a new destination from the ground up.
Available roles
- Hostess — welcome guests, manage reservations, and create a polished first impression for the dining experience.
- Waiter / Waitress — provide attentive, personalized service and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal.
- F&B Admin (Food & Beverage Administrator) — support the food and beverage leadership team with scheduling, supplier coordination, and day-to-day administration.
- Barista — prepare specialty coffees and premium beverages while engaging guests with refined coffee service.
- Bell Desk Associate — assist with guest arrivals and departures, luggage handling, orientation, and discreet service.
- Spa Therapist — deliver personalized wellness treatments and help guide guests through restorative spa experiences.
- Spa Attendant — maintain cleanliness, presentation, and a calm atmosphere within the spa and wellness areas.
- Engineering Technician — carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- Commis Chef — support the kitchen team with ingredient preparation, culinary techniques, food safety, and presentation standards.
