Job Details

• Position available for part-time or full-time hours
• Evening shifts
• Hourly wage of $14
• Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all floor surfaces are clean by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Apply chemical cleaners and operate power equipment carefully to avoid damage to floors and surroundings
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances
• Properly dispose of trash and utilize compactors as necessary
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using suitable materials and tools
• Conduct spot cleaning of carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as needed
• Adhere to housekeeping schedules diligently
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffers
• Perform additional duties as assigned according to customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months' experience in janitorial services
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
• Eagle attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions carefully and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
• Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Experience with floor care including buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
