Job Details

Position available for part-time or full-time hours
Evening shifts
Hourly wage of $14
Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all floor surfaces are clean by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Apply chemical cleaners and operate power equipment carefully to avoid damage to floors and surroundings
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances
Properly dispose of trash and utilize compactors as necessary
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using suitable materials and tools
Conduct spot cleaning of carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing
Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as needed
Adhere to housekeeping schedules diligently
Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffers
Perform additional duties as assigned according to customer requirements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months' experience in janitorial services
Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
Eagle attention to detail
Able to follow instructions carefully and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards
Experience with floor care including buffing and waxing
Background in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
