Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level technical support across hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
• Set up, configure, and maintain equipment such as computers, laptops, and printers.
• Manage user account processes including creation, password resets, and access administration.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and monitor overall IT infrastructure performance.
• Accurately record support requests, solutions provided, and relevant technical documentation.
• Assist with software deployment, updates, and system enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless IT support delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience or familiarity with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, or comparable business software.
• Knowledge of help desk software, ticketing systems, or remote support applications is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
