About the Role

Ultron Computers is seeking a full-time Customer Coordinator / Admin Executive to work at its Tiruppur office. This role involves managing client communications, organizing service requests, and overseeing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and attend to walk-in inquiries.
  • Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and other queries professionally and promptly.
  • Create and update service job cards and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate with service engineers and inform customers about the status of their repairs.
  • Handle billing processes, generate invoices and quotations, and perform basic cash transactions.
  • Keep daily reports, manage stock entries, and organize office documentation.
  • Arrange courier shipments and manage delivery coordination.
  • Follow up with customers for approvals and service completions.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming to customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Any educational qualification is acceptable.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of prior experience in customer service or office administration.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and organized demeanor.
  • Able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 depending on experience.
