Job description

Role Overview

This part-time HR Assistant position at Gojobs.ma, located in Sydney, NSW, combines on-site presence with remote work flexibility. The assistant will support the HR department by managing employee records, aiding onboarding and offboarding procedures, and updating HRIS data efficiently.

Key Duties

  • Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems.
  • Assist with the onboarding and exit processes of employees.
  • Coordinate and track training sessions and maintain attendance records.
  • Support benefits administration by managing employee queries and documentation.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and respond to routine employee inquiries.
  • Organize HR documents, schedule meetings, and interviews.
  • Work collaboratively with HR staff to ensure seamless HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic human resources and HR management knowledge relevant to everyday HR functions.
  • Experience or interest in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration.
  • Organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities along with confidentiality handling.
  • Proficiency in common office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Entry-level experience or internships in HR or admin roles, plus relevant qualifications in HR, Business, or related disciplines, is preferred.
