The IT Support Associate position is designed to provide first-tier technical assistance within the Fulfillment Center, supporting various disciplines and serving as a bridge between IT and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software within the Fulfillment Center.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to Technical Support Technicians, helping them resolve complex situations.
- Engage in network engineering, diagnostics, and problem-solving activities to maintain system stability.
- Manage systems administration tasks across multiple software and hardware platforms including telecom/PBX systems.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and fix recurring technical problems.
- Assist in daily department activities ensuring seamless IT support and smooth operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot devices such as Zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience providing support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems efficiently.
- Experience working with hardware devices like Zebra thermal printers and portable terminals.
Preferred Certifications
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft hardware installation, or AWS certifications are highly desirable.
