- Utilize generative AI tools to create new schema models.
- Enhance data retrieval methodologies leveraging Amazon's extensive product database and query languages.
- Analyze website metrics and product discovery patterns to inform data-driven improvements of knowledge graph models worldwide.
- Contribute to new tools and process development to support the Ontology team's initiatives.
- Champion alignment with ontology modeling best practices and technological standards internally and across Amazon.
- Lead coordination of cross-disciplinary projects involving technical and non-technical teams.
Team and Culture
The team embraces a global, diverse workforce committed to inclusivity and continuous personal and professional growth. New employees receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support in a knowledge-sharing environment that values individual contributions.

- Familiarity with language annotation and data markup methodologies.
- Experience handling speech and textual language data across multiple languages.
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of version control systems and agile development approaches.
- Experience designing ontologies, taxonomies, and frameworks for semantic relations.
- Knowledge of grammar writing and finite state transducers (FSTs).
- Familiarity with statistical language modeling techniques.
