Investment Banking Operations Analyst (Aladdin)

Role Overview

This position focuses on supporting investment operations and end-to-end trade lifecycle activities, with a strong emphasis on the BlackRock Aladdin platform. The role is based in Hyderabad and is intended for candidates who have direct Aladdin experience and a background in investment banking or asset management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with investment operations and the full trade lifecycle.
• Use the Aladdin platform for portfolio management, trade processing, and risk-related work.
• Handle transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting with accuracy.
• Work with teams across front office, middle office, and operations in different geographies.
• Keep records clean and consistent, investigate breaks, and support everyday operational tasks.

Mandatory Requirements

• Between 1 and 10 years of experience in investment banking or asset management operations.
• Practical, hands-on experience using the BlackRock Aladdin platform is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle steps, securities, and financial instruments.
• Strong verbal and written communication along with stakeholder management abilities.
