Investment Banking Associate / Vice President

About the Role

Our client, a Munich-based investment bank, is expanding its team and seeking to fill positions for both an Associate and a Vice President. This opportunity involves advising on a diverse array of mid-market M&A transactions across various industries, granting substantial involvement and responsibilities throughout all phases of the deal process.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Provide advisory services on mid-market mergers and acquisitions across multiple sectors.
• Engage actively throughout transaction executions, including financial analysis and deal structuring.
• Assume considerable ownership of tasks to influence successful deal completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated prior experience in Investment Banking or M&A Advisory roles at Associate or Vice President level.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, and detailed analytical work.
• Proven track record supporting or leading the execution of M&A transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of client-facing interaction with confidence.
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented work style in fast-moving environments.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
