Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and manage intricate financial models essential for evaluating and executing deals.

- Assist senior banking professionals in deal execution, coordinating activities to ensure seamless transaction progression.
- Create persuasive client and investor presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Monitor industry and market developments to deliver insightful reports to clients and internal teams.
- Engage directly with clients by participating in meetings and supporting relationship management efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Two to five years of relevant experience within investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, or M&A advisory sectors.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with proficiency in financial analysis software.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- A proactive individual with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A deep enthusiasm for investment banking, financial markets, and managing significant transactions.
