Role Overview

They are looking for a driven Investment Banking Analyst to augment their expanding team. This position presents an opportunity to engage in sophisticated industrial-sector transactions, gain close interaction with senior bankers and clients, and contribute actively to deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing M&A transactions by performing financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence tasks.
• Create client presentations, pitch decks, and other related materials.
• Carry out industry and corporate research to underpin strategic advice.
• Work collaboratively with senior colleagues and proactively advance project progress.

Required Qualifications

• Between one and two years of prior investment banking experience, preferably with significant exposure to M&A activities.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation competencies.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach and ownership mentality.
