Role overview

Atlantic Group is recruiting for an Investment Banking Analyst on behalf of its client in Delaware County, PA. The position centers on advising on mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries, with day-to-day work involving financial analysis, valuation work, and support across the transaction lifecycle.

This opportunity is designed for someone who wants meaningful deal exposure, close collaboration with experienced bankers, and a clear path for advancement within the team.

Compensation and schedule

The role pays $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus bonus. The schedule runs Monday through Friday in a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop financial models and carry out comparable company and transaction analyses.
  • Support transaction execution activities, including data room organization and outreach to potential buyers.
  • Research industries, companies, and competitors to inform deal strategy.
  • Assist with diligence work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Help create client presentations, pitch materials, and other deliverables.
  • Work alongside senior bankers on client communication and account support.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required. The client is looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in investment banking, transaction services, or M&A advisory.

Applicants should be comfortable with financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint, and should understand financial statements, valuation methods, and standard deal processes. Strong analytical ability, clear communication, good organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment are also important.
