VP/Senior Director - Investor Services and Operations at $150+ Billion Alternative Asset Manager

Position Overview

Join a leading Alternative Asset Manager with over $150 billion in assets under management as a VP/Senior Director of Investor Services and Operations. This role reports directly to the Head of Investor Operations and involves supervising a small team. The candidate will play a key role in managing investor onboarding, product launches, capital raise and call reporting, dividend distributions, and investor inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new investors to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage and supervise product launches related to investment offerings.
• Handle reporting related to capital raisings and capital calls.
• Administer dividend payments and monitor investor performance reports.
• Review investor subscriptions and track commission payments.
• Oversee and review capital call activities thoroughly.
• Address inquiries from investors promptly and accurately.
• Lead special projects as assigned by senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Between 7 to 15 years of experience in investor operations, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in mutual funds.
• Proven background in Business Development Companies (BDC), Real Estate, or Asset Management sectors.
• Experience working within publicly traded financial services organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Familiarity with transfer agents and fund administrators is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
