This division includes several specialized investment banking sectors such as Investment Banking Division, Advisory & Financing Group, Coverage, Credit & Structured Finance, Natural Resources & Infrastructure, and Syndication. The team delivers capital raising and structured financing products, coupled with commodities, forex, and interest rate hedging services. Utilizing global expertise and deep sector knowledge, this unit supports clients ranging from corporations to public sector institutions by offering tailored financial products and strategic advice, ensuring they meet their funding requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a generalist within a skilled Corporate Finance team, gaining wide exposure internally and with client engagements.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses for companies.
- Develop comprehensive company profiles and detailed memoranda or presentations highlighting client attributes and acquisition prospects.
- Investigate potential buyers, investors, acquisition targets, and opportunities to support transaction development.
- Contribute ideas for new deals and actively participate throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Carry out ad hoc research to help identify and generate fresh business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments to secure necessary approvals for transactions.
- Analyze product and market behavior using comparable data and market dynamics.
- Perform credit assessments and prepare corresponding credit application documents.
- Stay informed on current industry trends and developments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven strong analytical abilities with corporate finance valuation and financial accounting understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, paired with strong interpersonal capabilities suited for teamwork.
- Demonstrated dedication, positive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks.
- Required certifications include SIE, Series 7/79, and Series 63, with any missing certificates to be completed within five months of employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience and Education
- Less than one year of experience in investment banking, including formal summer analyst programs.
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized top-tier university, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary varies depending on individual experience and skillset and excludes overtime or bonus payments.
