Investment Associate - Growth Equity Tier 1

Responsibilities

• Assess and screen promising investment opportunities.
• Develop and manage advanced financial and valuation models along with investment return analyses.
• Conduct in-depth commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and materials to present to the Investment Committee.
• Undertake comprehensive research on markets, industries, and competitors.
• Facilitate transaction execution by working alongside management, advisors, legal experts, and lenders.
• Track portfolio company performance and contribute to initiatives enhancing value.
• Support exit strategy planning and execute strategic projects within the portfolio.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions investment banking at top-tier or elite boutique banks.
• Exceptional skills in financial modelling, valuation methods, and data analysis.
• Strong enthusiasm for growth equity investment and partnering with expanding businesses.
• Excellent commercial insight and strong intellectual curiosity.
• Proficient communication and presentation capabilities.
• High energy and initiative with an ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic achievements.
