Investment & Asset Management Manager

About the Role

We are collaborating with a premier real estate investment platform to recruit an Investment & Asset Management Manager. This role presents a remarkable chance to be part of a dynamic investment team dedicated to assessing and implementing real estate investment opportunities across various regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support comprehensive real estate investment transaction processes including financial modelling, underwriting, feasibility assessments, and investment appraisals.
• Develop detailed financial models, conduct discounted cash flow (DCF), internal rate of return (IRR), and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the commercial practicality of investment ventures.
• Manage due diligence streams covering legal, technical, and valuation aspects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Review transaction documents, engage in deal structuring discussions, and contribute to the seamless completion of investments.
• Assist senior investment leaders by preparing investment proposals, business cases, and materials for senior management approval.
• Occasionally support capital raising activities and other key strategic projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 4 to 8 years of pertinent experience in sectors such as real estate investments, REITs, private equity, real estate development, investment banking, corporate finance, or real estate advisory services.
• Exhibit robust financial modelling and underwriting expertise, alongside practical experience in executing transactions encompassing due diligence and valuation reviews.
• Experience in commercial or industrial real estate investment analysis will be preferred.
• Display strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
