Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer handling and support through international voice and chat processes.
- Engage with customers professionally to resolve queries and assist with their needs.

- Work efficiently within a blended (voice/chat) process environment supporting customer-centric solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to undergraduates and graduates; regular students are not eligible.
- Flawless command of English communication is essential.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
- Flexible to work from the office location in Kolkata.
- Positive attitude toward working in BPO blended and chat processes.
Work Conditions and Schedule
- Monday to Friday workweek consisting of 5 working days.
- Office-based role at HBR, DN2, Signet Tower Unit 804, 8th Floor College More Sector 5, Saltlake, Kolkata - 700091.
- Interview availability from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM during the walk-in drive.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual CTC ranging between 360,000 to 390,000 INR for blended and international voice roles.
