Role Overview
This position is responsible for spearheading the commercial growth of innovative technology products internationally by developing revenue and establishing strategic partnerships across diverse regions. It blends deep knowledge of advanced technology products with experience in market expansion and cross-cultural negotiation to ensure widespread adoption of new solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement global sales strategies to access new markets and meet annual revenue objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales process internationally, from identifying prospects to negotiating complex agreements and finalizing deals with clients.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D department to communicate customer requirements and assist with product demonstrations.
- Create and conduct comprehensive training programs for regional and subsidiary sales teams, ensuring a thorough grasp of product features, value propositions, and competitive advantages. Manage onboarding for new sales staff globally by providing necessary tools, guidelines, and best practices to accelerate performance and maintain uniform commercial execution worldwide. Work with marketing and product teams to keep training content aligned with evolving technologies.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline evaluations, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate valuable leads and enhance brand exposure.
- Coordinate across marketing, logistics, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth product launches internationally with subsidiary sales groups.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline; MBA qualification is advantageous.
- Proven commercial experience in cutting-edge, innovation-driven high-tech or deep-tech industries.
- Knowledge and experience managing international sales operations, including executing complex negotiations and driving revenue expansion.
- Strong technical understanding enabling communication of sophisticated product features into customer benefits.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and inspiring teams across multiple regions and cultures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills targeting executive-level clients.
- Willing and able to travel internationally at least 25% of the time, depending on market requirements.

Compensation
- Salary will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and expertise.
