Overview
This role is based in Doha, Qatar and focuses on supporting HR activities across international teams. The successful candidate will help keep global employee processes organized, compliant, and well-coordinated.
What You’ll Do
- Handle international HR workflows, including onboarding support and mobility-related coordination.
- Liaise with internal departments and outside partners across different regions to keep processes moving smoothly.
- Monitor adherence to international HR guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Provide support for employee relations matters involving international team members.
- Keep HR files, employee information, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Help prepare HR reports and support workforce data tracking and management.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
- Between 2 and 5 years of HR experience, ideally in an international setting.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with good coordination skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
