International HR Specialist

Overview

This role is based in Doha, Qatar and focuses on supporting HR activities across international teams. The successful candidate will help keep global employee processes organized, compliant, and well-coordinated.

What You’ll Do

• Handle international HR workflows, including onboarding support and mobility-related coordination.
• Liaise with internal departments and outside partners across different regions to keep processes moving smoothly.
• Monitor adherence to international HR guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Provide support for employee relations matters involving international team members.
• Keep HR files, employee information, and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Help prepare HR reports and support workforce data tracking and management.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
• Between 2 and 5 years of HR experience, ideally in an international setting.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with good coordination skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
