Job description
About Radius
Radius is a fast-growing, internationally focused business that builds forward-looking solutions for customers across sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology. Since 1990, the company has expanded from modest beginnings into new markets by staying ahead of industry changes and helping organisations prepare for what comes next.
Sustainability is central to Radius’ offering, with a strong emphasis on e-mobility solutions that support businesses through the energy transition and toward a more connected, sustainable future.
Role overview
This two-year graduate programme is designed for someone who wants more than an ordinary post-university job. It offers a hands-on introduction to the company’s industry, while giving you practical exposure in a customer-facing environment.
By working with different sales and customer management teams, you will build both professional and personal capabilities, create a strong internal network, and lay the groundwork for a long-term career at Radius.
Programme structure
The Graduate Sales Programme gives you a realistic understanding of how the business works, including direct exposure to senior leadership. You will rotate across multiple teams and learn the company from different angles, gaining experience in sales, customer management, and the creation of tailored fleet solutions.
Over the course of the two-year programme, you will spend at least three months in each of the following areas:
- Fleet Sales Inbound
- Fleet Sales Outbound
- In-Life customer support
- Cancellations and customer retention
You will also gain insight into the operations and product teams, and during the programme you may be given team-lead responsibilities.
