Job description
Role Overview
This position involves handling inbound communications such as calls, emails, and chats, ensuring proper logging in designated systems. The role supports recruitment processes and provides guidance for customers using self-service platforms. It requires strict adherence to security and data protection protocols aligned with GDPR. The role includes outbound customer outreach as necessary, maintaining high call and data quality standards and effective collaboration within the team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats with accurate case logging.
- Offer recruitment assistance to both new applicants and rehires per established processes.
- Guide customers in navigating self-service portals efficiently.
- Carry out security verifications following company policies and GDPR rules.
- Make outbound calls to customers as directed by client and company guidelines.
- Maintain exceptional call and data quality while meeting performance targets.
- Engage in open communication with team members and supervisors to enhance teamwork.
- Follow company and departmental personnel and operational policies consistently.
- Keep process documentation, knowledge bases, and SharePoint updated with current procedures.
- Ensure punctual and regular attendance in compliance with company standards.
- Aim to reduce customer complaints and escalations through excellent service and call management.
- Work a rotating 5-day schedule (Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Wed-Sun) during US time zone shifts.
- Office-based role located in Bengaluru with work from office requirement.
Candidate Profile
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or 10+2 passed candidates from 2024 to 2026 with a keen interest in customer service roles within international BPO setups. Candidates must display strong technical aptitude, quick learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
Additional Details
- This position functions under a contract-to-hire (C2H) arrangement where Accenture is the working company, but payroll is managed by Teamlease Services Limited.
- Shifts aligned with US time zones requiring flexibility to work rotating weekly off days.
