About the Role

Job Responsibilities
- Assist passengers in booking taxi rides effectively and efficiently.
- Address and resolve various passenger inquiries during calls.
- Provide support and resolve queries raised by drivers.
- Strictly follow quality guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction is met at all times.
