About the Role
Alpha Metrics Outsourcing Services is looking to hire International BPO Executives for its client, an Australia-based taxi company. The position is focused on handling inbound calls from international passengers and drivers, specifically operating within the Australian Western Standard Time zone.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist passengers in booking taxi rides effectively and efficiently.
- Address and resolve various passenger inquiries during calls.
- Provide support and resolve queries raised by drivers.
