About the Role
Join International Advanced Aesthetic Science and Nutrition (IAASN) Academy in Chennai as a Telecalling Executive, responsible for executing communication strategies that drive lead engagement and boost conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), call scripts, and communication frameworks to enhance lead interactions and increase conversions.
- Manage leads generated from digital platforms such as the website, Instagram, Facebook, and paid advertising campaigns, converting inquiries into WhatsApp leads and setting up consultations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead quantity, conversion percentages, engagement levels, revenue growth, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Supervise digital marketing efforts including paid advertisements, lead funnel management, remarketing initiatives, and optimizing return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and counseling departments to improve strategies for customer acquisition and conversion.
