About the Role
Join Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) as an Internal Communication Specialist and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and fostering a strong corporate culture. Be part of a dynamic and people-focused Group Communications team that connects employees across diverse business units.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support company-wide initiatives including town halls and employee engagement programs that promote alignment and inclusion.
- Create and maintain engaging content for the AKI Sphere Employee App to maximize user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources and leadership teams to effectively convey important company updates.
- Compose and refine internal newsletters, announcements, and executive messages.
- Produce diverse multimedia content such as videos, blogs, and digital updates that articulate the company’s vision and priorities.
- Showcase employee achievements and initiatives to reinforce positive company culture.
- Organize and manage internal events, recognition programs, and various engagement activities.
- Facilitate leadership Q&A sessions, town halls, and internal forums to encourage open communication.
- Initiate internal campaigns designed to uplift morale, promote company values, and enhance teamwork.
- Monitor engagement metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to suggest actionable improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience specializing in internal communications or employee engagement roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven effectiveness in stakeholder management.
- Experience in event planning and driving employee engagement efforts.
- Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with Al Khayyat Investments.
