Job description

Role overview

Marina Bay Sands is looking for a Corporate Affairs Intern to support the execution of its strategic corporate affairs agenda. The role focuses on strengthening engagement with the Singapore Government and other key external stakeholders, while working closely with the Executive, Corporate Affairs.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of policy shifts, regulatory updates, and legislative changes in Singapore.
  • Assess how emerging risks and opportunities may affect the business and summarize key takeaways.
  • Organize and update a central collection of briefing materials and messaging points used for corporate affairs activities and stakeholder meetings.
  • Spot potential collaboration opportunities with external partners that could support and enhance the company’s reputation.

Requirements

Education and background

  • Applicants who are currently working toward a bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a closely related field are preferred.
  • Previous internship exposure in government or in a position involving government engagement will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities are important for success in this role.
  • The internship requires a full-time commitment for 6 months.
