Role Summary

The Community Stewardship team supports Temasek’s role as a trusted steward by enabling meaningful community contributions that help connect people, strengthen communities, protect the planet, and build capabilities in Singapore and beyond. Reporting to the Director/Vice President, Community Stewardship, this internship will support strategy, engagement, and programme execution work tied to Temasek’s community contribution and stakeholder engagement efforts.

What You Will Work On

  • Refresh and improve Community Stewardship knowledge management practices, including building and maintaining data tools for analytics across engagement management (CRM), Singapore and international donations tracking, and impact measurement.
  • Carry out research on corporate philanthropy and developments in the impact sector, such as AI-enabled impact measurement and Tech4Good.
  • Help identify, shape, and coordinate learning programmes for the team, including talks, brown-bag sessions, and internal trainings.
  • Support planning and delivery of the annual Temasek Community Network (TCN) Forum and TCN workshops.
  • Assist with event coordination, forum logistics, and year-round management of bilateral TPC engagement meetings.
  • Contribute to both new and ongoing Community Stewardship activities as part of a continuous rotational support model for short-term and long-term initiatives.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Management and Analytics, Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline.

  • Careful attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Flexible and adaptable when priorities or processes change.
