Role Overview
Reporting to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager, the Quality Inspector will be part of the Operations department responsible for delivering top-tier services adhering to the QIMA quality standards. The principal responsibility involves conducting on-site quality inspections of client products to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor email to receive inspection documentation.
- Attend scheduled inspections punctually and interact professionally with suppliers.
- Conduct thorough inspections of merchandise following established company protocols.
- Oversee container loading processes to ensure adherence to prescribed procedures.
- Complete inspection reports accurately and within company timelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A college degree in relevant or related disciplines.
- A minimum of three years' experience specializing in Hardline product inspections.
- Familiarity with Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards and applicable safety and quality regulations.
- Proficient English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with a strong sense of professional ethics.
