Overview
Kingdom of Fitness is urgently seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their team in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves managing sales of commercial gym equipment, providing detailed explanations to clients, and persuading potential customers to visit the factory and showroom. Primary Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls to secure sales.
- Provide comprehensive information about the company's commercial gym products and solutions.
- Encourage prospective customers to visit physical locations including the factory and showroom.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communications to successfully close sales opportunities.
- Manage inquiries from clients involving high-value transactions effectively and professionally.
- Keep precise records of clients and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales and lead conversion.
- Proficient telecalling and client follow-up abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills essential for engaging with clients across India.
- Ability to manage high-ticket sales, typically involving orders valued between ₹600,000 and ₹800,000 or more.
Additional Details
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced individuals; however, only male candidates are eligible for this position.
- Intermediate proficiency in English is required for effective nationwide client communication.
- Work schedule is during the day shift.
- Interested candidates should attend a direct walk-in interview between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, after confirming attendance by phone and bringing an updated resume.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
