Overview
Truetrip Trailscape Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and target-focused Business Development Executive to join their expanding team. The primary objective of this role is to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding client needs, recommending fitting travel packages, and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
- Engage with new and existing leads through timely follow-ups.
- Comprehend customer's travel requirements and suggest appropriate domestic and international tour packages.
- Communicate package specifics, pricing, inclusions, and policies clearly to clients.
- Prepare quotes and support customers throughout the booking procedure.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any field is preferred.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Basic proficiency in computers including MS Office, Email, and CRM systems.
