About the Role
Stride Social is hiring a Talent Manager focused on the Fitness & Wellness niche. The main objective is to identify and sign creators in this space, while supporting influencer campaigns and brand partnerships. This position is suited to someone interested in starting a career in influencer marketing; prior experience is not required.

What You’ll Do
- Find promising UK and US influencers in the Fitness & Wellness niche and bring them onto the roster.
- Make sales outreach calls to recruit and onboard potential talent.
- Support new creators through the onboarding process so they can join smoothly.
- Coordinate influencer and brand campaigns to help ensure strong execution and outcomes.
- Keep in close contact with the team and contribute to day-to-day project progress.
- Attend two weekly team meetings, scheduled for Monday and Friday, to stay aligned on priorities and plans.
- Reach out to brands that fit your creators well and help set up campaigns for them.
Work Setup
This role is remote and can be done from anywhere in the world. The company also mentions the option to work from its Bali office. Working hours are flexible, and there is no fixed schedule as long as responsibilities are completed.
Compensation & Engagement Terms
The role is performance-based only and offers high commission earnings. Average monthly earnings are stated at $2,000 to $8,000. The company says successful candidates can join within 7 to 30 days.
