Influencer Marketing Manager

Temu is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to strengthen its creator and partner-led marketing efforts. The company is growing quickly and is looking for a driven professional who can contribute to business goals while working closely with a motivated team.

Role Summary

This position focuses on building and managing influencer partnerships, shaping content direction, and supporting campaign execution across social platforms. The ideal candidate will combine relationship-building, strategic thinking, and strong execution to help deliver impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, approach, and bring onboard local influencers and agency partners, then negotiate business terms and secure collaborations.
• Build strong ongoing relationships with creators and safeguard key influencer partnerships for long-term cooperation.
• Create content plans and campaign ideas informed by analytics, social media trends, and market behavior.
• Work with the User Growth team to develop effective content and marketing strategies that drive performance.
• Coordinate with influencers to roll out campaigns in line with project objectives and stage-wise requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in managing influencer relationships, creator networks, or similar partnership work is preferred.
• Interest in global social media platforms and familiarity with influencer engagement is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree or above is required, with preference for journalism, media, or marketing backgrounds.
• Strong communication and delivery skills, along with a proactive, positive, ethical, and results-oriented approach.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual pay range for this role is USD 80,000 to USD 200,000. Final compensation will depend on role-related factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, capabilities, and location, in line with labor costs across different US markets.
